The first thing to ensure before starting work is that the voltage is stable and the three-phase power is sufficient. Secondly, during the operation of the screw hoist, it is necessary to ensure the coordination between the hoist and the gate. When the gate is in the open state, it is prohibited to move the braking equipment and fixing screws.

When the screw hoist exceeds a certain height, the screws in the lubricating parts must be tightened to prevent malfunctions. If a malfunction occurs midway, stop working immediately and check after the power is turned off.
